Marching Foxes Picture Day Information

PICTURE DAY INFORMATION (Aug. 15th)

Yorkville High School is now partnering with a new picture provider, VIP, and listed below details how you will order photos of your son or daughter.

1. You will no longer need an order form. VIP will be taking an individual picture of every marching fox and uploading them to an online gallery. You will be able to see your picture before you place an order.

2. To opt in for email notification when pictures are posted in the view and order gallery, enter your information into this form: www.vipis.com/q/r

3. Click here to view your school's landing page: https://www.vipis.com/group/8585ff88/yorkville-high-school

4. Click "view now" in the green Sports Team & Invidiuals tile

5. Enter your information, select the current school year, and select BAND from the drop down menu of activities

6. Search

7. Finally click "Browse this gallery" to view and order photographs.

***Please note there are currently 2 BAND options. Both will take you to the group photo. 

 

If the families only want to purchase the group photo they should click the green button at the top of the gallery page that reads "Purchase Team/Group Only". A sample of the website is attached to this email.
